I’m not usually into bars of any kind just because they always have sugars, too much sodium and excess of calories. If you’re looking for a snack on the run with no time to spare, try a quest bar! They have 20 grams of protein, 16 grams of fiber and 3 grams of active carbs! They are the only bar that I suggest along with a healthy diet full of veggies, legumes, lean meats and whole grains corresponding to an active lifestyle.
